Stay connected with your child even when you are not at home using VTech Kid Connect.

The VTech Kid Connect app is exclusively compatible with VTech Storio tablets (Storio® 3S, Storio® MAX) and DigiGo, allowing children to communicate between their Storio® or DigiGo™ and Android phones or other smartphones. All contacts must be approved by parents before any communication can take place, ensuring Kid Connect is completely secure for your child.

NOTE: Kid Connect is designed for communication between a Storio®/DigiGo™ and a smartphone. Smartphone users cannot add other smartphone users without at least one Storio®/DigiGo™ user in the group.

WHY USE KID CONNECT?

• STAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR CHILD: Kid Connect uses an internet connection for you to communicate with your child, no matter where you are in the world. Parents can also add family members and friends to the child's contact list, enabling grandparents, for example, to stay in touch.
• CHILD-SAFE: All contacts must be approved by parents before any communication can take place. Users not on a child's contact list cannot initiate contact with that child.
• FOR ALL AGES: Even younger children who cannot yet write can use Kid Connect to share voice messages, photos, drawings, stickers, and predefined voice messages. Older children can also send text messages.
• GROUP CHAT: In group chats, your child can communicate with multiple family members or friends simultaneously.
• IT'S FUN! Customize your Kid Connect avatar with a photo or use one of the preset cartoon designs. Plus, enjoy a variety of fun stickers and predefined messages. Your child can even use voice-changing effects to record a message in a robot or mouse voice.

USING KID CONNECT

Parents:
When registering the respective VTech device, one parent will receive a Kid Connect ID and password. This parent will be considered the account holder and can use the app to manage the child's contact list. You can:

• Send friend or contact requests on behalf of your child
• Accept or reject friend requests that your child receives

The account holder will automatically be added to the child's contact list. The other parent must separately sign up for a Kid Connect account and be added as a friend to the child's contact list.

Other family members:
You need parental consent before contacting a child. After signing up for a Kid Connect account, share your Kid Connect ID with the child's respective parent so they can send you a friend request.

Kid Connect only works with Storio® 3S, Storio® MAX, and DigiGo™ devices.
